A few years ago, we were building our own careers while watching the people around us work hard, care for everyone else and quietly put their own health last.
Azim has always believed that when something genuinely helps people, it should be easier to share. The challenge was that the old way was hard to duplicate.
Too much depended on one person while the knowledge stayed in one room. Many good people wanted to help but didn’t have a clear system to do it well. At the same time, the world around us was changing fast.
We realised we had a choice. We could keep talking about what was difficult. Or we could build something that made it easier for more people to take action. So we asked:
How do we take more than 40 years of Dr. Ahmad’s clinical experience and make it easier for trusted people to bring that care to their own communities?
That became AviSenna. We’re not doctors. We’re builders who care deeply about making good healthcare easier to reach.
We built the structure, tested it in real rooms and saw what happened. 30 people came in. 20+ chose to take the next step for their health.
But two people can only serve so many. If we want to reach families, workplaces and communities at scale, we need the right people building this with us, people who already believe in helping others. They just need a clearer path to grow that impact.
That’s why we built Founders 90. Not simply to grow a business, but to help more good people build something meaningful, sustainable and useful to the people they serve.
We built it for ourselves first. Now, we’re ready to share it.
